Class Schedule

Cancellations with full refund up to 24 hours before class begins, after this time class credit is forfeited.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to class. Students arriving 10 minutes after class begins are allowed into class by teacher discretion only. We know traffic can be unpredictable, but please build in extra time into your schedule.

For classes using the pole, wear clothing that exposes your legs and arms

NO BODY LOTION, please remove all rings and watches

Some classes require kneepads or pole heels, please refer back to individual class description for details

No street heels or shoes will be allowed on the floors
