It’s been a minute since I talked studio details… so today we’re chatting lighting! Lighting is so so important, and it’s one of the first things I thought about when designing the space (other than the poles of course). Good lighting makes you feel sexy, it makes your skin look beautiful, it puts you in a mood, and when you feel good, you can let go and move your body freely. And damn, doesn’t it look insanely good in videos. So, here’s what I did any why!

Inspired by the enigmatic and haunting worlds of David Lynch, this pole jam will transport you to a realm of shadowy intrigue and hypnotic beauty.

Expect moody lighting, surreal backdrops, and the sounds of eerie jazz and haunting synths reminiscent of Twin Peaks and Blue Velvet.

We encourage attendees to come dressed in their Lynchian best—whether that’s a sultry femme fatale, quirky diner waitress, mysterious lodge resident, or simply your own dreamlike creation.

All levels are welcome! Come dance or practice handstands in Studio B, flow on the poles in Studio A, or just vibe with us. This is a space for creativity, community, and exploration.
